Trinity Staffing Solutions offers an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) to eligible Associates.* The Trinity Staffing Solutions ICHRA allows associates to purchase an individual ACA-qualified Major Medical plan from a State or Federal Marketplace and be reimbursed a portion of the self-only premium based on the lowest-cost Silver Plan available in each zip code and the rate of pay that is set by the ACA Affordability Safe Harbor guidance.
